Some time ago I rediscovered Bryan's "NS466 Uhu".
Thanks friends at Ma.K. forum I could quickly find the "Neuspotter" I needed.
It was a furious build.. so fun!

I tried to include the details I like from Bryan's model but when I added a spoon on the "Neuspotter" head I had to re-think the whole model, ending with a linear-gun armed AI used for base guard and convoy escort duties.

Being not bigger than a "Gustav" suit it can travel in thigh places forbidden to the "Krachenvogel" (the armed version of the "Neuspotter") and fight close to troops.

For the two lenses at the "head" sides I used a drop of clear resin.

The gun was the exhaust muffler and the frontal shield was a mudguard from the same Dragon-Italeri (Ex Esci/ERTL) BMW R75 MOTORCYCLE w/FELDGENDARME I used in the AFS Variations #1, too.
From the same box came the light cover, the licence plate holder, the pan like piece covering the back and the helmet merged to the right with the "Neuspotter" head.
The gun tip and the "collar" under the head were parts of a BIC lighter.

Stencil decals were from recent Wave 3Q "Kauz" and "AFS Polar Bear".

Gun Metal colour is graphite powder over a dark grey base.
This is my first attempt using only brushes and spray cans for gloss (before the decals) and satin finish.
Shadows are literally painted with oils.

The name "Schwebegeist" should mean "Floating/Hovering Ghost" as suggested by Mark Stevens on Ma.K. forum.

Bryan's Krueger NS466 Uhu

Bryan Krueger NS466 Uhu (Owl)

From maschinenkrueger.com, here is the original model that gave me the idea.
It is a fan build that fits into the Ma.K. world.

Bryan's "Uhu" should be an armed reconnaissance drone fighting on the moon surface for the SDR forces.
